When registering your child, please ensure that you choose the correct age group category for each child, in accordance with their birth year. SPMB requests that you do not register your child in a different age group. if you are requesting to have your child play in an older or younger age group, we ask that you still REGISTER YOUR CHILD IN THE APPROPRIATE AGE CATEGORY and submit a transfer request. SPMB will then consider your request and if the request is granted, fees will be collected or reimbursed accordingly. We thank you for your cooperation with this.
